2. We will email you  a survey to gather more information about who you are and what your travel needs look like.  We want to make sure we find the best locations and hotels for you! 

3. Let the planning begin! You will be emailed hotel recommendations. We handle all of the hotel bookings complimentary and send you confirmations via email.  If you are wanting assistance with flights, spa treatments, dinner reservations, touring, or activities we can assist with these additional details for a fee. Exact fees depend on scope of services needed and can be discussed. Our flight department charges a $100 per person ticketing fee.

4. Before you depart we will contact the hotels to make sure you are received as a VIP. Because you are booking with a SmartFlyer affiliate.. This means complimentary perks and upgrades!! 

We are here before, during, and after your stay to answer questions and direct you accordingly!
